Key Responsibilities:

• Vinyl Wrap Application:

  • Precisely apply vinyl wraps to various surfaces, ensuring a smooth, bubble-free finish.

  • Accurately measure and cut vinyl wraps to fit different surfaces perfectly.

• Preparation and Finishing:

  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing them before application.

  • Ensure finishes are seamless and trim any excess material carefully.

• Client Interaction:

  • Professionally interact with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their satisfaction.

  • Address any queries or concerns the client might have before, during, or after the installation process.

• Maintenance and Repair:

  • Provide guidelines to clients on how to maintain their new vinyl-wrapped surfaces.

  • Conduct repairs or adjustments on existing vinyl wraps as needed.

• Team Collaboration:

  • Work cohesively with the design and customer service team to understand project requirements and provide feedback.

  • Contribute ideas for improving installation techniques and customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in vinyl wrap installation, preferably in a similar industry. Reference checks will be completed, and proof of previous work must be provided.

• Carpentry Skills: Basic carpentry skills and experience in fixing wooden cabinets and skirtings, ensuring a perfect foundation for vinyl application.

• Skills:

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

  • Strong hand-eye coordination and dexterity.

  • Ability to work accurately with measurements.

  • Clear communication with team members and clients.

  • Customer Service: Excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that might arise during installation.

  • Team Player: Ability to work harmoniously with other team members and departments.

• Certification: Certification in vinyl installation or related fields is a plus.
